Below are all of the paintings I’ve done since January of this year - 2024. These are my “thank you cards” to the One who saved me. All purely inspired by the Holy Spirit and revelation of His word.
P.S. - look for the 🔗 symbol next to some of the verses for biblical videos & sermons which relate to the scripture/painting.
By God’s mercy and unfailing love, my first ever painting fully sober
Matthew 14:27-29
Immediately Jesus spoke to them.
“Have courage!
It is I. Don’t be afraid.”
“Lord, if it’s you,” Peter answered him, “command me to come to you on the water.”
He said, “Come.”
When Jesus saw him lying there and when he realized that the man had been disabled a long time already, He said to him,
“Do you want to become well?”
The sick man answered him, “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up. While I am trying to get into the water, someone else goes down there before me.”
Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your mat and walk.”
Immediately the man was healed,
and he picked up his mat and started walking.
For I am the Lord your God,
who holds your right hand,
who says to you, “Do not fear,
I will help you.”
For the
word of God
is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes
of the heart.
Now Moses took a tent and pitched it outside the camp, at a distance from the camp; he called it
the tent of meeting.
Anyone who wanted to consult the Lord would go to the tent of meeting that was outside the camp.
Nehemiah 9:13-14
You came down
on Mount Sinai,
and spoke to them from heaven.
You gave them impartial ordinances, reliable instructions,
and good statutes and commands.
You revealed your holy Sabbath to them,
and gave them commands, statutes, and instruction through your servant Moses.
Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily
those who were being saved.
Colossians 1:17-18
He is before all things, and by Him all things hold together. He is also the head of the body, the church;
He is the beginning,
the firstborn from the dead, so that He might come to have first place in everything.
Praise the Lord with the lyre;
make music to Him
with a ten-stringed harp. Sing a new song to Him; play skillfully on the strings, with a joyful shout.
By day, the LORD went ahead of them
in a pillar of cloud
to guide them on their way, and by night in
a pillar of fire
to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night.
Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people.
Exodus 3:2
Then the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a
flame of fire
within a bush.
As Moses looked, he saw that the bush was on fire but was not consumed.
To give them
a beautiful headdress
instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise
instead of a faint spirit.
And so that you may live long in the land the Lord swore to your ancestors to give them and their descendants, a land
flowing with milk and honey.
Just then, a woman who had suffered from bleeding for twelve years approached from behind and touched the end of his robe, for she said to herself, “If I can just touch his robe, I’ll be made well.”
Jesus turned and saw her. “Have courage, daughter,” he said.
“Your faith
has saved you.”
And the woman was made well from that moment.
1 Timothy 2:1-4
First of all, then, I urge the petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, for kings and all those who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good, and it
pleases God our Savior,
who wants everyone to be saved
and to come to know the knowledge of
the truth.
Job 12:7-10
“But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
Which of all these does not know that the
hand of the Lord
has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and
the breath of all mankind.
Exodus 14:21
Then Moses
stretched out his hand
over the sea, and the Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and
the waters were divided.
John 14:6
Jesus said to him,
“I am the way,
and the truth,
and the life.
No one comes to the Father
except through me.
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.
Matthew 28:19-20
Therefore go and
make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always,
to the very end of the age.”
Psalm 139:1-6
You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
and
you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge
is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
Luke 17:5-6
The apostles said to the Lord,
“Increase our faith.”
“If you have faith the size of a mustard seed,” the Lord said, “you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’
and it will obey you.
Isaiah 40:3
“The voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Prepare the way of the LORD; Make straight in the desert
A highway for our God”.”
